Pedestrian Vibes Study

For Pedestrian Vibes Study Olafur Eliasson’s own body became a research tool for the study of light and movement. Drawing from his experience as a breakdancer, Eliasson attached LED lamps to his body and moved rhythmically through a dark space. The images were taken with a camera at slow shutter speed, resulting in seemingly abstract images of bright lines against dark backgrounds.
