Stanley Whitney

Stanley Whitney visited BORCH Editions’ print studio in July 2016, creating a series of eight black-and-white etchings as well as nine colored large-scale monotypes. For Whitney, printmaking is a vital part of his artistic practice, both because of its collaborative nature and its indirectness. It provides him with inspiration he is able to reintegrate into his paintings.
