Keith Haring

Keith Haring, arguably one of the most influental and recognizable visual artists of the 20th century, was an integral part of the New York avant-garde in the 1980s.

Haring’s dynamic mark-making technique originated from his work as a graffity artist.
Using easily accessible imagery, Haring explored complex themes founded on culturally subversive attitudes toward sexuality, gender, religion, and politics to engage viewers in a dialogue about issues often not broadly discussed.

Keith Haring (1958 – 1990) collaborated with BORCH Gallery & Editions in 1986.
